The Thando Kafele Method introduces new guidelines to the grooming and styling of natural hair and locks. The Method is different because it breaks away from limiting views of the possibilities available to styling natural hair. In practicing the Method, stylist should teach clients how locks are started, cultivated, and maintained. The Method also provides the stylist with the knowledge of completing a first time consultation with a client, maintaining positive relationships with clients, and providing an uplifting cultural and beauty experience for clients.

Appointments

Appointments are primarily scheduled via telephone. Clients may also make future appointments in person at time of service. If you desire a long term natural hair program, we will advise you to schedule multiple, long-term appointments once you have kept three consecutive appointments.

We request a courtesy call 24 hours in advance to re-affirm your commitment to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations should also be made at least 24 hours in advance.

If you are more than 30 minutes late and have not called to notify us, your appointment may be rescheduled due to our need to provide prompt, dedicated service to another client.
